Minshu Ongaku Kyōkai ( Japanese 一般 財 団 法人 民主 音 楽 協会 , Ippan Zaidan Hōjin Minshu Ongaku Kyōkai , dt. "Regular legal foundation society for folk music", short: Min'on ) is a Japanese visitor organization for music, which will take place on October 18 1963 by the Buddhist religious community Sōka Gakkai at the instigation of its honorary president Daisaku Ikeda was brought into being. She is dedicated to promoting music and promoting the exchange between cultures through music. The visitor organization is headquartered in the "Min'on Cultural Center" in Tokyo, Shinjuku district .
