Misima (Democratic Republic of the Congo)

Misima is a village in the Democratic Republic of the Congo . It is in the province of South Kivu .

Misima is on the way between Busurungi and the Shario forest .

Misima belongs to the Mubugu group (alternative spelling Mubuku ).

In 2010 the strategically important Misima was occupied by the Forces Démocratiques de Liberation du Rwanda (FDLR) together with other places .

In 2008 Misima owned a public primary school.
