The Mobimo Holding AG was established in 1999 Luzern founded and since June 2005, on the Swiss Stock Exchange SIX Swiss listed . With a real estate portfolio with a total value of over CHF 3.0 billion, the group is one of the five largest real estate companies in Switzerland. The portfolio consists of investment and development properties at central locations in German and French-speaking Switzerland. The company manages and markets its residential and commercial properties itself and develops properties for its own portfolio or for third parties.

The company employs almost 157 people and generated a profit excluding revaluation of CHF 59.2 million in 2018.

history

Mobimo AG was founded in 1997 by Alfred Meili together with the private banker Karl Reichmuth and other investors. In 1999 the company gave itself a holding structure with the establishment of Mobimo Holding AG. In the same year, Mobimo acquired the former Sulzer high-rise in Zurich West , built in 1972, and completely modernized it into one of the most striking Minergie buildings in Switzerland. In June 2005 the company went public by means of an IPO . In 2009 Mobimo acquired LO Holding Lausanne-Ouchy SA and thus became the owner of the Lausanne Flon district. The 81 meter high Mobimo Tower , designed by Diener & Diener Architects , opened its doors in 2011 . In 2015, the real estate company acquired a majority stake in Dual Real Estate Investment SA and took over its portfolio, which consists mainly of properties in Geneva. In 2018, Mobimo integrated the seven properties of the real estate company Fadmatt AG into the investment portfolio.
