Model mix

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The model mix describes the composition of a production program from different models or product variants.

If different products or product variants are manufactured on one and the same machine or on an assembly line in production , the definition of a model mix should ensure that the overall production runs efficiently and economically.
