The Monopoly Settlement is a listed residential area in the Berlin district of Mariendorf , which was named after the Reich Monopoly Administration (today the Federal Monopoly Administration for Spirits ) and was built between 1922 and 1923 according to plans by Wolfgang Binder.

It is located on Monopolstrasse between Ullsteinstrasse and Eisenacher Strasse. The houses Monopolstrasse 12–37, 46–87, Finkenweg 1–4, Lerchenweg 10–31, Schwalbenweg 1/2 and Ullsteinstrasse 113–119 belong to it.
