The residential building Monschauer Straße 235 is in the Düren district of Rölsdorf in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built in 1865 according to an inscription.

The two-storey brick house with a gable roof is gable on two axes. The arched windows have overlapping arches . There are Gothic brick ornaments on the house.

The building is registered under No. 1/068 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
