The residential building Monschauer Straße 237 is in the Düren district of Rölsdorf in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built in the 18th century.

It is a small, single-storey half-timbered house with an integrated farm building, a so-called single house. The window layout is still original, as is the entrance door and the cross-boarded stable door. The anchor beams are tapped through.

The building is registered under No. 1/069 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
