Monday cinema

The Monday cinema is a series on ZDF . Since 2002, the public broadcaster has been showing both German and international feature films every Monday evening, usually at 10.15 p.m. The spectrum ranges from Hollywood blockbusters to independent films.

In 2012, the ZDF established the feature film series Montagskino Fantasy , in which five stories with mysterious and fantastic topics were broadcast over a period of five weeks. Including, for example, The Legacy of the Knights Templar and The Wicker Man - The Secret of the Island .
