Montevideo Times

The Montevideo Times was a newspaper in Uruguay .

The press organ, written in English, had its editorial office in Montevideo at “Calle 25 de Agosto 157”. The newspaper was owned and directed by editor WA Denstone . The newspaper, founded in 1888, was initially called The Riverplate Times . From November 25, 1890, it was given the name Montevideo Times . Initially appearing weekly, later twice weekly and finally daily, it was discontinued on August 26, 1936.
