Motion Picture Licensing Company

The Motion Picture Licensing Company (MPLC), based in Los Angeles has sold an international company that licenses for public viewing movies. This is done in umbrella licenses, event licenses and title-by-title licenses. Companies, non-profit organizations or private individuals can use these to view films in a public setting. For this purpose, the MPLC works directly with the rights holders (film studios, film distributors, film producers).
