Mozetta , also called mozzetta , was an ancient measure of salt in the Ionian Islands . Calculations were made with the peso grosso (P. g.), The heavy pound.

• 1 mozetta = 2000 pounds of P. g.
• 1 centinajo (hundredweight) = 30 sacchi = 60 mozzette
