MultiRead

MultiRead is an OSTA device specification that enables a CD-ROM drive to read CD-RW media. CD-RWs reflect the laser light more weakly than a CD-ROM . Because of this low degree of reflection, the threshold value of the CD-ROM drive must automatically adapt to the mean reflectivity.
