Multi utility
In the service and utility industry, the provision of electricity , water , gas or household waste disposal from a single source, i.e. a service provider, is referred to as multi-utility (utilities) .
A multi-utility service provider is therefore a provider who offers all these supply services, which were previously provided by different companies, as a complete package. The term is sometimes also used in marketing and outdoor advertising by corresponding companies. The approach is that this makes life easier for the customer, in which, for example, all utility services can be paid for with just one invoice, another point is to always have the same contact person in the event of any problems.
