Munadschat

Munādschāt ( Arabic مناجات, DMG Munāǧāt , also Munajat ) is translated in Persian literature as "night prayer", "silent prayer", "confidential conversation" and "dialogue".

In Persian literature , Munadschat is an independent literary genre that appears in the works of various poets. The Sufi poets Chwadscha Abdullah Ansari and Jalal ad-Din ar-Rumi are famous for their monādschāt. The work of Ansari is called monādschātnāme .
