Contemporary music

Contemporary music was a series of concerts in Vienna . It was carried out over three seasons from 1936 and presented music from the contemporary avant-garde to the public .

Was established contemporary music materially from Paul Pisk , but Friedrich Wildgans , Marcel Rubin and Ernst Bachrich were co-founders of the concerts. Wildgans and Rubin were jointly supervised and responsibly managed. The concerts ended with Rubin's emigration in 1938.
