Mustafa Temmuz Oğlakcıoğlu

Mustafa Temmuz Oğlakcıoğlu (* 1985 in Nuremberg ) is a German lawyer and scientist.

Life

Mustafa Oğlakcıoğlu studied law at the Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen from 2004 to 2009 . He obtained his doctorate in 2013 at the same university on the subject of "General Part of Narcotics Criminal Law". He works at Hans Kudlich's chair as a temporary academic advisor. In the 2020 summer semester, he will be the representative of the Chair for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law and Legal Informatics at the Viadrina European University .

He is a permanent employee of the OzSR (Online Journal for Suchtstoffrecht) and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Nuremberg .

Mustafa Oğlakcıoğlu conducts research in the field of general criminal law, commercial criminal law and narcotic drug law.
