Nasswald model

The Nasswalder model is an organizational development model of the Evangelical Church AB in Austria , which could lead to a reform of the church constitution . The church development group led by the Styrian superintendent Hermann Miklas met in May 2006 for the 4th retreat in Naßwald , a small town in Lower Austria . On October 30, 2007 Synode AB released the 2nd version of the manual for the Nasswalder model.
