Nao Shikata ( Japanese 四方 菜 穂 , Shikata Nao ; born November 5, 1979 in Kamakura ) is a former Japanese soccer player .
Career

She started her career at Nippon TV Beleza , where she played from 1995 to 2008. In 2008 she ended her playing career.
National team
Shikata was appointed to the Japanese national team in 2001 and was used at the 2001 Asian Women's Cup . She was named to the 2006 Asian Women's Championship . In total, she played eight international matches for Japan.
