Nasria Baghdad-Azaidj

Nasria Baghdad-Azaïdj (born October 29, 1971 ) is an Algerian athlete .

Baghdad-Azaïdj, who started for MC Alger, Al-Jaza'ir , represented her country at the 2000 Summer Olympics and four years later . While she started over the 10,000 m in Sydney and was twentieth and last in the first heat with a time of 35: 31.53 (her best time was almost 3 minutes faster), she gave up her marathon race four years later. At the World Athletics Championships in 2001 Baghdad-Azaïdj started over 5,000 meters, but was disqualified.

She is married to the Algerian long-distance runner Yahla Azaïdj .
