National Development Plan (Ireland)

The National Development Plan (NDP) (Irish Plean Forbartha Náisiúnta (CSF), German National Development Plan), is the title of a draft of the Irish government for the large-scale upgrading of the national infrastructure . The period covered by the seven-year plan runs from 2000 to 2006. The main elements of the national development plan from 2007 to 2013, which is estimated at 184 billion euros, are based on the significant social and economic statements of the NDP / CSF (2000-2006). The new seven-year plan from 2007 aims to further develop Ireland and improve the quality of life for the population. It is intended to support economic growth , ensure greater social inclusion and more balanced regional development.
