No gong

Nei Gong , orthographically correct Neigong , ( Chinese  內功  /  内功 , Pinyin nèigōng , lit. "inner work") describes in the Chinese martial arts and Qigong the concentration on cognitive processes during the execution of certain exercises. The aim of Nei Gong is to cultivate the three treasures hidden in every human being, Jing (essence), Qi (energy flows) and Shen (spirits).
