NeoNetwork (also NEOnet) is a file sharing network that, according to the manufacturer, enables easier and faster downloads than ever before. It is a decentralized DHT network, similar to Kademlia , which makes switching off very difficult or even impossible. NeoNetwork was developed in 2001 at Harvard University . Due to the great success, the developers founded a company of the same name.

NeoNetwork is supported by the file sharing clients Morpheus and μTorrent 1.7.7. According to the developers, attempts are being made to license other clients for their network.
