Nepmann

As nepman (plural russian Нэпманы - Nepmany) were profiteer during the New Economic Policy called (1921-1928) in the Soviet Union. Since the state companies could not meet the demand for goods, private traders were tolerated. On October 11, 1931, the time of the Nepmen ended with the complete ban on private trade by Stalin .
