Netto Houz or Netto is a Berlin house project by musicians and DJs Ralf Zimmermann and Markus Wegner that has existed since 1994 . Netto Houz appeared mainly on the L'age d'or sub-label Ladomat 2000 and was one of its first publications.

music

Netto Houz was initially strongly influenced by the track and ghetto house style of Chicago labels such as Relief or Dance Mania. Later, the discussion about deep house and its roots in disco and soul came to the fore.

Due to their 1998 album Room 7107 , Netto Houz are seen as a pioneer of a wave of minimalist deep house productions that began in Germany in the late 1990s.

Other involvement

Ralf Zimmermann was a founding member of the electro pop group Milch.

In the second half of the 1990s, Markus Wegner worked as a studio and tour musician with Andreas Dorau .
