Monument protection initiative
The Monument Protection Initiative is an Austrian association founded in 2008 with the aim of protecting endangered cultural assets. The association emerged from the Internet platform Network Monument Protection Austria, founded in 1999, and is not profit-oriented and non-partisan. He publishes a journal, Denkma [i] l , which appears three times a year and is also available electronically. Representatives of the association often take a public position on controversies in questions of monument protection and find echo in the national media.
