The New Apostolic Church Linz is a New Apostolic Church in the Linz district of Scharlinz. It was built between 1980 and 1982 according to plans by Hans Ritt .

The New Apostolic Church was built in the early 1980s on the property at Prechtlerstrasse 14 near the Catholic parish church of St. Antonius . The area on which the church is located is surrounded by a fenced green area and, in addition to the church, includes outbuildings and a parking lot. The church itself is a longitudinally rectangular church building in reinforced concrete frame construction with brick infills, gradually drawn in on the west side, whereby the concrete visible surfaces are strongly structured and accentuated by relief-like structures. The roof was designed as a single-shell flat roof with copper cladding. The entrance is in the north-west corner and is covered by a recess in the facade. Above it is the emblem of the New Apostolic Church with symbols of the cross, sun and water.

The interior of the church is oriented to the south and is extensively illuminated by the staggered west wall. Above the entrance there is a gallery with a protruding parapet that can be reached from the vestibule. The vestibule houses a cloakroom, the office room (sacristy) and a room facing the church hall, which is intended for parents with small children to attend the service. The architect raised the altar area by one step and covered it with artificial stone slabs. He had the ceiling executed as a suspended flat ceiling with plasterboard panels in relief and pinewood strips in between, as well as recessed ceiling lights. The sober interior of the church is only loosened up by the emblem of the New Apostolic Church on the southern nave wall. The church building is also equipped with an altar made of marble with a table top made of laminated wood, which rests on an artificial stone base, and an organ on the eastern nave wall, the housing of which was also designed by Hans Ritt. The stalls in the church were divided into two blocks and made of plywood with a fabric covering.
