New journal for corporate law

The New Journal for Corporate Law (NZG) is a legal journal that has been published twice a month by the CH Beck publishing house since 1994 . Her main focus is on corporate law ( partnership law , corporation law and international corporate law), capital market law and tax law references to corporate law.

In 2016, the print run of the NZG was 1,400 copies. The editor is lawyer Martin Weber.
