New magazine for the law of bankruptcy and restructuring
NZI - New Journal for the Law of Insolvency and Reorganization is a German legal journal that deals with the entire process of corporate and consumer insolvency .
The NZI has been published every 14 days since 1998, including the monthly supplement “Consumer Insolvency”, by Verlag CH Beck , Munich. The journal is also available via the publisher's online portal ( Beck-Online ). The specialist journal is edited by Martin Ahrens , among others . The Cologne lawyer Rolf Leithaus is the editor.
In recent years, the NIC has also published an NIC supplement on a case-by-case basis, the articles of which deal with a current issue of insolvency law, most recently in August 2019, for example, with the EU restructuring directive .
