Neustraße 18 (Riga)
The house Neustraße 18 ( Latvian Jauniela 18 ) is a listed building in the Latvian capital Riga .
It is located on the west side of the new road ( Jauniela ) in Riga's Old Town, opposite the mouth of the Kramerstraße ( Krāmu iela ).
The small two-story building was built in 1748 and is part of a building ensemble that was built between the 16th and 19th centuries. In 1878 it was rebuilt by the architect Friedrich Scheffel . It is three-axis, with the house entrance door in the left axis. The roof is dominated by a centrally arranged dwelling . Currently (as of 2018) the building is used for catering.
Since October 29, 1998, the house has been listed as part of a building complex registered under number 6542 in the Latvian List of Monuments .
