Remeasurement

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A new survey is a cadastral survey . If necessary, the real estate cadastre of several parcels is adapted to today's requirements through local surveying. There are different types of remeasurement depending on the scope.

  • In the case of a re-measurement in one go , the boundaries are examined, marked, a boundary record is recorded and the newly recorded boundary, building and other points are connected to the higher-level survey point field. This procedure is carried out in areas with insufficient cadastral documents (e.g. if the original cadastre is still the basic survey), in land consolidation , reallocation and redevelopment procedures. From a technical point of view, according to today's administrative regulations, a coordinate register must be implemented.
  • In the closed new survey , existing cadastral surveys that still meet today's requirements for the real estate cadastre are supplemented by additional measurements and gaps are closed by new measurements.
  • With the gradual re-measurement , these gaps are only gradually closed by continuation measurements , which include the division, boundary and building measurements .
  • etc.
