Nihon Bussan KK ( Japanese 日本 物産 株式会社 , Nihon Bussan Kabushiki kaisha , English Nihon Bussan Co., Ltd. ) is a Japanese computer game manufacturer, which is mainly known under the name Nichibutsu ( ニ チ ブ ツ ). So the company carries an owl logo. The head office is in Kita-ku , Osaka .

Founded in 1970, the company began manufacturing video games in 1978 . From the mid-1980s, Nichibutsu began producing strip mahjong games. The company launched their last arcade game in 1988 under the title “Tatakae! Big Fighter ”on the market. Nichibutsu peaked in the 1980s with the titles Moon Cresta and Crazy Climber .
