Nikolaos Kaltsas

Nikolaos Kaltsas ( Greek Νικόλαος Καλτσάς ) is a Greek classical archaeologist .

Kaltsas studied Classical Archeology at the University of Thessaloniki , where he received his doctorate in 1985. He then became curator of the sculpture collection of the National Archaeological Museum in Athens , from 2002 to 2012 he was director of the museum. He is a corresponding member of the German Archaeological Institute .
