Ninja was a German metal band that was founded in 1986 in Wuppertal .

history

In 1988 the band signed a deal with D&S Recording, and shortly thereafter their first record, Invincible (1988), was released, which received positive media reviews. In 1989 Christoph Segreff and Ulrich Siefen left the band and were replaced by Bernd Rhode (guitar) and Hans Heringer (drums) and later André Hilgers (drums). In 1993 the band split up.

The founding members Holger vom Scheidt and Ulrich Siefen restarted the band in May 2014 with new material.

In June 2015 the guitarist Carsten Sperl was replaced by Frangus.

From October 2015 the band was signed to the Pure Steel Records label .
