Niqmaddu III.
Niqmaddu III. was a king of Ugarit who lived around 1225–1215 BC. Ruled.
He was the son of Ibiranu (VI.). The evidence for Niqmaddu III. is bad. It is known that he continued to seal with the dynastic seal of Jaqarum , which is shown in a text as the seal of Niqmaddu, son of Ibiranu. A letter from Kušmešuša , the King of Alašija, documents the delivery of 33 bars (~ 950 kilograms) of copper to Niqmaddu.
The successor to Niqmaddu III. was Ammurapi (III.) It is not known whether both rulers were related.
