Non-food catering

The non-food catering can be from the definition of catering as a "takeover of the entire Board in companies, public institutions and at major events, including delivery of meals for companies and households by specialized service companies" easy to delimit. The non-food area is described as the total supply of all items that do not count as food in terms of catering, carried out by specialized service companies.

From a classic point of view, non-food catering logistics is the rental of material to carry out catering. In the past few years rental companies have developed into competent logisticians.
