Normovolemia

As normovolaemia is called the normal value of circulating, so in the bloodstream contained amount of blood . Deviations from this normal value are called hypervolaemia or hypovolaemia . The normal amount of blood in the body makes up 6–8% of the body weight, ie approx. 5.6 l for a man weighing 80 kg. In children, the blood volume is slightly higher than 6-8% of the weight, in older people a little lower.
