Normative facts
Norm facts are facts that a court needs to know, to form the legal parent sentences or indeterminate legal concepts and general clauses interpret to (z. B. customary fee , business custom , moral standards , traffic due diligence within the meaning of § 276 para. 2 BGB, commercial practices within the meaning of. § 346 HGB).
According to Section 293 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO ), the court has to take ex officio evidence of standard facts .
