Nosy Mitsio is an island in the Indian Ocean belonging to Madagascar . It is located about 35 km west of the main island, off the coast of the Antsiranana province , in the Mozambique Strait . Together with the island of Nosy Be and a few other small islands, it forms an administrative district in the Diana region .
