Emergency budget

emergency budget referred

  • the preliminary financial management of a country in times in which the Parliament can not exercise the financial autonomy (eg. as after its dissolution before an election)
  • a substitute budget for cities and municipalities, which is specified by the next higher corporate level (district for cities and municipalities belonging to a district, district or state government for independent cities) if the budget security concept submitted by the city or municipality has not been approved.
