New Wrestling Entertainment (NWE, previously Nu-Wrestling Evolution ) is an Italian wrestling league that has existed since 2005 and is based in Turin . NWE was founded by the media company Magnumgroup , but since 2006 the league has been owned by EmmeK Editore SRL . NWE is the market leader in Italy and is one of the top European leagues.

Founded in 2005 as a pure independent league , NWE quickly tried to gain a foothold in the commercial arena.
