Lissek played for four clubs during his professional career; including the Polish clubs Urania Ruda Śląska , Górnik Zabrze and especially Szombierki Bytom , where he spent a total of twelve years. He also played for the German second division club Hansa Rostock , but only made 10 appearances there.
