Zero dynamics

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The zero momentum is a concept of control theory (or systems theory ) and the internal describes dynamics of a system for the case that the output of certain input signals and initial conditions of the system for all time is identically zero. It is a generalization of the zero point analysis of transfer functions in linear systems and is important for the stability analysis of nonlinear control systems .

The term was introduced in 1985 by Alberto Isidori .
