Osaka High Court

The Osaka Higher Court ( Japanese 大阪高等裁判所 , Ōsaka kōtō-saiban-sho ) is one of eight Japanese higher courts and is based in Osaka . The judicial district covers an area in the south of the Japanese main island of Honshu . Only the Supreme Court is superior .
