Ocean-Wildwater International Ltd. is a global human resource management company headquartered in Montreal , Canada .

The company was formed in 1990 through the merger of the two Canadian recruitment companies O'Cean Cooperation and Linda Wildwater Recruitment Company . Due to the expansion since the beginning of the 1990s, Ocean-Wildwater has around 1000 locations in almost 60 countries. The company has been operating in Germany since 2006.

The company's goal is to develop special personnel solutions for other companies, from the search to the hiring of employees, the handling of projects in service and work contracts as well as outplacement and management consulting.
