Ocean Network Express (abbreviated: ONE ) is a Singaporean container shipping company operated by the Japanese parent company Ocean Network Express Holdings, Ltd. is controlled. The company was founded on July 7, 2017 and started operations on April 1, 2018.

ONE was created at the instigation of the three large Japanese shipping companies NYK , MOL and “K” Line , who combined their respective container businesses in ONE. As a result, ONE already became one of the largest container shipping companies in the world at the time it was founded. NYK is the company's largest shareholder with a 38% stake, with MOL and the “K” Line each holding 31% of the shares. In 2019, ONE was ONE, based on the total capacity of its own fleet in 20-foot standard container units(TEU), the sixth largest container shipping company in the world with a capacity of around 1.5 million TEU. The ONE network connects over 200 of the world's largest ports. After its founding, ONE replaced its predecessors NYK, MOL and “K” Line as a member of the international container consortium The Alliance .
