Open door (life coaching)
Open doors are psychological and pastoral counseling centers without long registration times. They offer personal counseling , crisis support and pastoral care for people in social, emotional and religious emergencies. The sponsors are the two large churches , but the advice is given without regard to the religious orientation and largely ideologically neutral and respectful.
The work includes advice in acute crises and human conflict situations. In a second step, further advice is provided and, if necessary, referred to specific specialist departments. They hold information about church and social and therapeutic institutions ready. But further psychological counseling and pastoral and spiritual support are also part of the range of advice centers.
