Ola Onabulé

Ola Onabulé (* 1964 in London ) is a British- Nigerian jazz and soul singer and songwriter .

Ola Onabulé was born in London to Nigerian students. At the age of 7 he moved back to Lagos with his parents and spent his childhood in Africa. At the age of 17 he came back to the UK, where he graduated from high school and began studying law. During this time he already gave music appearances and finally made music his profession. He founded his own music label Rugged Ram Records and released his debut album in 1995.

His worldwide appearances include solo shows with his band, as a singer in big bands (such as the WDR or SWR Big Band) or as a feature artist.
