Ole André Myhrvold (born June 10, 1978 ) is a Norwegian politician of the Senterpartiet (Sp). He has been a member of parliament in Storting since 2017 .

Life

From 1998 to 2000, Myhrvold was the deputy director of the youth organization Senterungdommen . Until 2011 he worked for the Coop Norge cooperative. In 2007 he moved into the local parliament of Trøgstad for the first time , and between 2011 and 2017 he served as mayor of the then municipality.

Myhrvold entered the Norwegian national parliament in Storting for the first time in the 2017 general election . There he represents the constituency of Østfold . He was the first Senterpartiet politician in 20 years to become a member of parliament for this constituency. Myhrvold became a member of the Energy and Environment Committee.
