Oliver Ladurner

Oliver Ladurner (born March 7, 1969 in Bludenz ) is a former Austrian politician ( ÖVP ), airline pilot, quality manager, multiple CEO and accountable manager, company founder and entrepreneur. From 1989 to 1996 he was regional chairman of the Young People's Party in Vorarlberg and from 1994 to 1999 a member of the Vorarlberg state parliament .

education and profession

Ladurner attended elementary school in Bludenz from 1975 to 1979 and switched to grammar school in Bludenz in 1979. He attended the grammar school in Bludenz until 1987 and passed the Matura in Bludenz . After graduating from high school, he worked as a commercial clerk from 1988 to 1999. Ladurner changed profession in 1999 and joined Air Alps Aviation in Innsbruck as a line pilot and captain . In 2005 he moved to the position of quality manager within Air Alps Aviation, where he worked until 2010. In 2010 he moved to the position of Corporate Quality Manager of the Welcome Aviation Group. From 2011 to 2013 Oliver Ladurner worked as a successful restructuring manager - CEO of Air Alps, Welcome Air, Tyrol Air Ambulance and Welcome Finance GmbH. Ladurner completed a business degree in London in 2008 and graduated with honors in 2010 with the academic degree Master of Science (MSc) . Ladurner completed his advanced training in the field of "Strategic Management" at Fredmund Malik, Management Center St. Gallen. In 2011 Ladurner founded the consulting company "Volcon Consulting Strategy & Management". In October 2013 Ladurner founded the marketing company "b2bdidigtal marketing gmbh", which in 2015 was awarded the Vorarlberg advertising prize "AdWIn 2015". Ladurner has been the sole shareholder and managing director of IMOVA Immobilientreuhand GmbH since January 2016. Oliver Ladurner is currently also a PhD candidate at the Management Center Innsbruck MCI and the Antwerp Management School (AMS).

Politics and functions

Ladurner joined the Austrian People's Party and the Young People's Party in 1988. From 1992 he also became a member of the Austrian Workers' Union (ÖAAB), which is one of the four sub-organizations of the Austrian People's Party. From 1989 to 1996 he acted as regional chairman of the Young People's Party in Vorarlberg and was active within the party from 1989 to 1999 as a member of the state party leadership of the ÖVP Vorarlberg and from 1989 to 1996 as a member of the state party presidium of the ÖVP Vorarlberg. As a member of the Bludenz constituency, he represented the ÖVP from October 4, 1994 to October 4, 1999 in the Vorarlberg state parliament and was area spokesman for youth and education within the ÖVP state parliament club as well as a member of the economic committee, member of the environmental committee and member of the culture committee.

Private

Ladurner is the son of the bank employee Josef Ladurner and his wife Rosemarie Ladurner, née Ölz, and is in a relationship with the business economist Sarah-Maria Schenk.
