Oluf Olsen is a Danish curler .

Olsen had his international debut at the Junior World Championship in Aviemore in 1976 , but he remained without a medal. In 1978 he won the bronze medal at the EM in Aviemore, his only precious metal to date.

Olsen played as third of the Danish team in the XV. 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics in curling. Skip Gert Larsen's team took sixth place.
